What are the steps after we fill out the form?
I will email or text (if you leave your number) back in 1-3 business days. From there we will set up a phone call/FaceTime to talk about exactly what it is that you are wanting. Then, we will set up a session date.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Absolutely! I have a pretty open schedule and can help narrow down what works best for you. Even without a date or venue (for weddings and events) my photography services can be booked. If the date you decide just absolutely does not work for me, I will refund any payments made and refer you to another local photographer.
Are travel fees included in your packages?
Travel fees and taxes are not listed in the session price. I charge $0.62 per mile outside of a 10 mile radius of Denison, TX. Local and state tax comes out to 8.25% per transaction.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours in advance. Reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours in advance. Violation of these rules will cause a forfeit of the non-refundable deposit and I cannot guarantee a reschedule date.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method they were originally taken from or as credit towards your next session. All deposits are non-refundable!
What is your turnaround time?
Weddings, elopements, and events are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, while regular portrait sessions are ready in about 2 weeks. Timelines may vary if film add-ons are included, but all estimated delivery times will be discussed with you beforehand and clearly outlined in your contract.
